Event Details

Twitter is the newest Social Media site that professionals and businesses must have a presence on.  The recent Twitter integration with LinkedIn proves that Twitter is both here to stay and a complement to one's LinkedIn presence.  On the other hand, Twitter is also one of the most misunderstood sites that exist, and many are afraid to start engaging on the site.

Perhaps you are new to Twitter, or maybe you are on Twitter but just don't "get it."  Regardless if you are using Twitter for business, job seeking, or business networking, you need to ensure you're not wasting your time on Twitter.

Get started using Twitter the right way by taking this class taught by the published social media author and creator of the Windmill Networking blog Neal Schaffer.  Classes are taught in a small environment with one-on-one help to make sure you achieve optimum results for your attendance that you can take home and put to immediate use.  The workshop will also offer you a chance to network with other attendees and see how we can put the power of Windmill Networking to use to help each other out.

In this 90-minute workshop, the following topics will be covered:

1) Introduction to Twitter

  • What is Twitter?
